MEET THE SPEAKERS

As Chief Operating Officer, Michael Perrone is responsible for Prodoscore’s day-to-day operations as well as product development, support and customer success. Prior to his role as COO, Mike ran sales at Prodoscore for over 4 years. During that time he had direct experience in revenue generation and account management and understands Prodoscore's customer needs very well.  

Adrian Reece is a seasoned Data Scientist and People Analytics Specialist with a profound ability to transform raw data into actionable insights. His background spans various industries including time spent as a fitness coach, serving in the US Navy, and multiple entrepreneurial endeavors. His experience as an independent research and data consultant reflects his passion for utilizing a combination of machine learning, natural language processing, I/O psychology, and behavioral science techniques to drive effective decision-making within organizations. As Vice President of Data Science at Prodoscore, he hopes to further solidify his commitment to a data-driven approach to organizational advancement. Adrian is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University.
