Rich Bradley, Executive Recruiter, Pinnacle Society, TeamBradley Inc.
Rich Bradley has been in the recruiting industry for over 41 years as a recruiter, mentor, trainer, & leader. He’s also been a member of the Pinnacle Society for 26 of those years. He was a past board member with ISSA for many years prior to moving to Florida 10 years ago. He specializes in IT recruitment for clients mostly in the Chicagoland area in both the contingency and retained marketplaces. Consistently personally billing over $1 million each year, Rich credits his success to a detailed plan, hard work, and surrounding himself with an awesome team. He believes the key to long-term success is the art of building lasting business relationships. By keeping an eye on the marketplace for changing trends and focusing on making excellent culture matches, he consistently delivers top-quality candidates to his clients.
With deep roots in the Chicago area and an extensive candidate network, Rich works on IT opportunities at all levels from support to executive roles and everything in between. Organically, over the last few years, Rich has moved towards a heavier focus on leadership and executive-level roles.

Brooke Ziolo, President/Executive Recruiter, Egret Consuting Group
Brooke Ziolo joined Egret Consulting in 2008 as an Executive Recruiter and excelled. She became a Partner in the firm in 2013 and the Managing Director in 2016. In 2019 Brooke purchased Egret from Ted Konnerth and is now the President & CEO. Brooke was also inducted into the Pinnacle Society, the top 80 industry leading recruiters in North America, in 2016. Brooke holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois.
Brooke is exclusively a Lighting Recruiter who works with manufacturers and distributors of lighting and LED fixtures, lamps, ballasts, drivers and lighting controls; as well as lighting design firms, MEP firms, architectural engineering firms, consulting engineering firms, independent rep firms, and ESCOs. Brooke’s experience in all facets of the lighting industry allows her to quickly assess her clients’ needs and identify the right talent.
Brooke recruits for individual contributor roles to VP and C-Suite level positions in functional disciplines including Sales (calling on specifiers, contractors, distributors, OEM’s, ESCOs, end users, national accounts, showrooms, etc.), Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Branch Management, Quotations, Project Management and more.
