Meet the Presenter

Tabatha Wissel is a 25 year veteran of the staffing and recruiting industry.  Having entered this field in the mid-90’s, she has experienced first-hand the evolution the industry has undergone from temporary staffing to more strategic workforce solutions.  Tabatha had a demonstrated history of success on the agency side for nearly 20 years in both individual contributor and leadership roles, including a spot on the executive leadership team for one of Chicago’s leading power house firms.  This experience positioned her well to launch her recruiting practice, TRW Resources, which focuses on internal hiring for the Staffing & Recruiting Industry.

TRW Resources has seen tremendous growth since its inception in 2013, partnering with top local, regional and national firms alike.
