The Pinnacle Society was founded in 1989 with the assistance and leadership of industry trainers Tony Byrne and Ben Meador. It was initially envisioned as a gathering of “the best of the best” within our industry to share ideas, best practices and provide networking opportunities--ideals which the society has embodied to this day.

Meet the Panelists:


Rich Bradley, Executive Recruiter, Pinnacle Society, TeamBradley Inc.

Rich Bradley has been a recruiter for over 39 years and part of Pinnacle for 26+ years. He was a past board member for ISSA for many years but then moved to Florida 9 years ago. He specializes in IT recruiting in the Chicago- land area, and has been recruiting for over 39 years in the contingency marketplace. As a working owner, he stays on top of the market and its changes while hiring and training other recruiters to do the same, consistently billing 750K+ each year.

Areas of specialty within IT include network, web, database, and email administration; help desk support; web and client server development; and all areas of IT management.

Rich has taught and facilitated training in the recruiting field and for Zig Ziglar, Anthony Robbins, and Dale Carnegie Sales Training classes. He entered the recruiting field in 1982, passed the CPC exam in 5/91, and has been a member of both the ISSA and NAPS and has served as the VP on the ISSA board. Rich has been a member of Pinnacle since 1997.

Michael Goldman, Executive Recruiter, Pinnacle Society, Strategic Associates, Inc.

Since 1980, both in his native New York and Austin, Texas, Michael Goldman has cultivated a respected reputation for achievement in nationwide manufacturing executive recruitment on both a contingency and retained basis. In 1988, he founded Strategic Associates with the purpose of creating a highly specialized firm encompassing talent in the areas of supply chain, procurement, quality/regulatory affairs and operations (plant and corporate).  Clients served span industries from medical device to consumer packaged goods to industrial to high technology products–from perishable goods to durable–from food products to computers and personal communication devices to biomedical technology to capital equipment. They are from Fortune 500 and 50 to mid-sized privately-held firms. His work is retained, engagement and contingent fee-based.

Michael is an original Founding Member of the prestigious Pinnacle Society and, from 1991 to 1995, served two consecutive terms as its second president.  He was awarded the Honorary Lifetime Membership in recognition of both his accomplishments in recruiting and service to Pinnacle.  In addition, he has earned his CPC through the National Association of Personnel Services.  

Along with continuously maintaining his consistent and current success as a “desk-running” recruiter for over 40 years (and currently), Michael also speaks on and teaches domestically and internationally advanced and basic recruiting tactics and strategies. He has been requested to provide grass-roots recruitment seminars and speaking engagements to American state and national organizations as well as international audiences. To date he has personally educated recruitment professionals in the US, Ireland, England and South Africa.  In addition, he has conducted webinars for state recruiting organizations and Danny Cahill on AccordingToDanny.com along with personal presentations at Pinnacle Society meetings and Pinnacle Panel events.




Andy Miller, Executive Recruiter, Pinnacle Society, BrainWorks

Andy founded BrainWorks in 1991, and he has led our Consumer Products practice for two decades. He’s a stickler for process and he has been the driving force behind our proprietary Talent Acquisition Profile and Talent Evaluation Process.

Andy received a master’s degree at Temple University in Counseling Psychology and spent three years in social services settings. After transitioning to business, Andy spent 10 years in the telecommunications field, winning numerous sales awards, including five consecutive years in the Gold Club and Salesman of the Year. He is currently a member of the prestigious Pinnacle Society, a consortium of the top 75 recruitment professionals in the country.

Andy’s passion and experience from competitive sports combined with his psychology background provide a unique blend of competitiveness and people skills, which has influenced how he works with both clients and candidates. This unique mix of talents is the basis of Andy’s philosophy — to help clients win the competitive war for talent by assessing, training, and developing people toward greater productivity.

BrainWorks  has grown 60% in 2020 and expects to grow 100% in 2021.

Sean P. Cathy Stewart, Executive Recruiter, Pinnacle Society, Jeff Harris and Associates

Cathy Stewart is a national leader in the senior living recruiting industry. From clinical to sales and marketing to operations leadership roles at both site and corporate levels, Cathy has spent over a decade producing top talent for senior living organizations nationally. A native of Greensboro, NC, she began her recruiting career in 2008 with Jeff Harris and Associates and has been the lead recruiter and top biller in the office her entire recruiting career. At the heart of what she does lies her commitment to serving seniors and finding candidates who share that same mission. Despite starting a new career just as the economy was collapsing in 2008, because of their specialized niche in healthcare, JHA not only weathered the recession, but grew as more than 50% of firms across the nation closed their doors. Cathy began to build a team of researchers and recruiters in 2014, allowing her to deliver top talent with unmatched speed and accuracy to her clients in both retained and contingent search. Brooke Ziolo, Executive Recruiter, Pinnacle Society, Egret Consulting

Brooke Ziolo is the President of Egret Consulting. She has been recruiting for nearly 14 years; she was welcomed into the Pinnacle Society in 2016 and bought her recruiting firm in 2019. She is niched in the lighting industry and places people from mid-level to C-Suite in sales, engineering, operations, marketing, and lighting design. She does a mix of contingent and modified retained. Brooke’s firm is typically between $1.3M - $1.5M and is on track to be $2M this year.
