Are you newer to staffing? Join ISSA Young Professionals in a virtual Q&A Panel with "perfectly seasoned" recruiters and staffers. We will ask our pro panelists for tips, pointers and feedback. The Panel session will be followed by a tutorial with the Charcuterie Lady on how you can assemble your very own Charcuterie Board. You can build along with her from a list of recommended supplies to gather, or take notes and build one for your next get-together or Zoom with your friends, family or coworkers.

Meet the Panelists
Amy Badal, Sterling Engineering
Upon moving back to the U.S. after living in Spain for 8 years, Amy was given an opportunity to try out the Staffing industry. She thought it would be a good way to continue to interact with different people on a daily basis and perhaps continue to apply her bilingual skills as well. Amy has 9 years of recruiting experience and has been with Sterling Engineering for 5 of those years.
Ashley Conley, Sterling Engineering
Ashley graduated w/ a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from DePaul University and began her career in staffing 2 weeks out of college as an Account Manager/Recruiter at a small sized staffing firm specializing in IT, Premier Systems. She then moved on to the large conglomerate, Robert Half Technology and continued specializing in IT recruitment while heavily assisting and supporting a sales team. Finally Ashley landed at Sterling Engineering, a medium sized staffing firm specializing in staffing engineers in the manufacturing space, where she continues to recruit for/and support a team of account executives.
Joseph Gallelli, Total Staffing Solutions
As the President of Total Staffing Solutions, Joseph has extensive experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Working with partners, he helps to evaluate temporary workforce programs to help increase recruitment and retention. Joseph is responsible for the overall performance of the operation including sales and recruitment operations and developing innovative service offerings that provide added value to the client base.
Jed Strom, Grayson Search Partners
Jed graduated from the University of Illinois before beginning his career in the banking industry. In 2006, he went to work for a national recruiting firm focused on direct hire placement of accounting and finance professionals. In 2014, Jed left the national firm along with several partners and started his own firm. He is currently the CEO of Grayson Search Partners, a Chicago based staffing firm focused on contract and direct hire placement of accounting and IT professionals.
