Dominic Visione is a business development manager of Butler Street, a management consulting, training and research firm comprised of experienced C-Level executives who help companies achieve lasting results in the two most challenging areas they face: Client Development and Talent Development. Since its inception Butler Street has achieved an 89% compounded annual growth rate.
At Butler Street, in addition to providing consulting and training on strategy, sales transformation and talent development, Dominic helps with providing a millennial viewpoint to business executives today. The combination of his current experience in business development and providing business growth strategies allows him to connect with business owners on the bridging gaps around hiring/ managing millennials.
Prior to Butler Street, Dominic has worked in the consulting industry as well as the staffing industry. Both experiences allowed him to become a true expert in business development as he exceeded his monthly and quarterly quota every year. Outside of work he is always trying to push himself physically. He has completed three half marathons this year and just signed up for his first ultra-marathon (100 miles) for next. He holds a B.S Degree in Management from Saint Louis University and resides in Chicago.
