Speaker Bios...
1. Richard Bradley. Recruiting for over 34 years in the contingency marketplace. As a working manager and owner, I stay on top of the market and its changes while hiring and training other recruiters to do the same. Consistently bill 750K+ each year for the last 10+ years.
I currently specialize in the Information Technology marketplace for the Chicago area.
Areas of specialty within IT include network, web, database, and email administration; help desk support; web and client server development; and all areas of IT management.
Have taught and facilitated training in the recruiting field and for Zig Ziglar, Anthony Robbins, and Dale Carnegie Sales Training classes.
Entered the recruiting field in 1982, passed the CPC exam in 5/91, member of both ISSA and NAPS. Past VP on the ISSA board. Member of Pinnacle since 1997.
And proud father of 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
2. Brooke Ziolo. Partner, Lighting Recruiter. Brooke Ziolo joined Egret in 2008 as an executive recruiter and has excelled. She became a Partner in the firm in 2013 and the Managing Director in 2016 as well as being inducted into the Pinnacle Society, the premier consortium of industry leading recruiters in North America, in 2016.
Brooke had more than five years of sales/sales management experience in the performance training industry and was manager of a leading developer of financial institution training regimens. Brooke holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois. Brooke recruits exclusively lighting manufacturers and lighting design firms.
3. Kathleen Kurke. Ms. Kurke is a National Practice Leader at StarbridgeGroup Inc., in Fairfax, VA. She is a popular speaker at industry conferences, including ERE Recruiting Intelligence, Fordyce Forum, Distance Learning Organization, American Society for Training and Development, and state Recruiting associations.
Ms. Kurke has been retained by a variety of international search networks to build programs of skill development and innovation, including Global Recruiting Network, Creative Financial Staffing, and Lucas Group for Military Transition Recruiting and MedStaff.
Ms. Kurke is the host of top rated radio show “The Kurke Report: Truth from the Trenches” featuring conversations with business leaders about issues and trends that impact the world of work.
