Eric Gregg has devoted his career to helping professional service firms improve their retention, growth and profitability. His projects and experience range from identifying key drivers of client and candidate loyalty for the staffing industry to designing thought- leading research for law and accounting firms. Eric is an adjunct faculty member in Portland State University’s marketing program, and has published numerous articles, business cases, and technical notes in the field of marketing, client loyalty and employee satisfaction. His client and job candidate research and consulting has been featured in articles and as a noted industry speaker.
Eric founded Inavero, bringing his expertise in marketing and quantitative analysis to some of the nation’s top professional service organizations. Since its founding, Inavero has sustained double-digit growth by actively partnering with firm leaders and managers to find answers to critical retention issues. The Inavero research team has experience in a variety of professional service industries, including the legal, accounting, staffing, architecture and insurance fields.
Eric received his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business in 2003, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, with a Statistics minor in spring of 1998 from Montana State University. He is currently the immediate past President for the American Marketing Association’s Oregon Chapter. In his free time, Eric’s passions turn to the outdoors, where he is an avid photographer and scuba diver, and enjoys hiking and camping.
