Prior to joining Follett, Irma worked at ACCO Brands, ConAgra Foods, RR Donnelley, Northern Trust and Budget Rent a Car. Tonya Steele, Head of Talent Acquisition, Discover Financial: Tonya has over 20 years of experience as an HR leader and strategic partner within Fortune 500 organizations. She started her career in the staffing industry before transitioning to corporate HR where she has led recruitment, selection, compensation, shared services operations, and risk/ program management offices. Tonya has extensive experience in strategic planning, process engineering, executing complex global initiatives, and acquisition integrations. Known for her ability to transform recruitment functions by enhancing data management, technology, employment branding and strategic sourcing capabilities, she focuses on delivering exceptional candidate and customer experiences that result in high quality outcomes. Thomas Hupp, previously Navistar - Division CIO: Thomas is a forward-thinking CIO who has a unique perspective, having been on both the buyer and the service provider end for IT consulting services. He served in CIO roles at Young Innovations, Navistar and Klein Tools, among others. He also spent several very successful years as a management consultant with Andersen Consulting and at Bricker & Associates. In his CIO roles, his responsibilities included IT organization and individual performer transformation and improvement, Vendor contract negotiations and management, PMO execution and project portfolio management and IT Outsourcing and service provider management.
