Join a highly engaging webinar with SNI that is based on a real negotiation and requires participant interaction to keep everyone engaged. SNI’s systematic approach to negotiations is made up of 3 Ps: Prepare, Probe, and Propose. This webinar serves as an introduction to the second P, Probing, by having participants assist with a biotechnology related negotiation simulated by two SNI Master Facilitators. Following this webinar, staffing professionals will take away habits and tools to ask better questions in order to uncover their clients’ and candidate’s hidden and implied needs.
