He’s also been a member of the Pinnacle Society for 26 of those years. He was a past board member with ISSA for many years prior to moving to Florida 10 years ago. He specializes in IT recruitment for clients mostly in the Chicagoland area in both the contingency and retained marketplaces. Consistently personally billing over $1 million each year, Rich credits his success to a detailed plan, hard work, and surrounding himself with an awesome team. Rich Bradley has been a recruiter for over 39 years and part of Pinnacle for 26+ years. He was a past board member for ISSA for many years but then moved to Florida 9 years ago. He specializes in IT recruiting in the Chicago- land area, and has been recruiting for over 39 years in the contingency marketplace. As a working owner, he stays on top of the market and its changes while hiring and training other recruiters to do the same, consistently billing 750K+ each year.

Areas of specialty within IT include network, web, database, and email administration; help desk support; web and client server development; and all areas of IT management.

Rich has taught and facilitated training in the recruiting field and for Zig Ziglar, Anthony Robbins, and Dale Carnegie Sales Training classes. He entered the recruiting field in 1982, passed the CPC exam in 5/91, and has been a member of both the ISSA and NAPS and has served as the VP on the ISSA board. Rich has been a member of Pinnacle since 1997.

William J. Tarnow II is chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group and represents and counsels companies and management in all facets of business and employment law and employment-related litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.

Bill has litigated a variety of disputes, ranging from trade secret, breach of fiduciary duty, restrictive covenants and breach of contract disputes, to claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation under various statutes such as Title VII, the ADA and the ADEA in venues around the country. Bill also has defended a number of employers in both single-plaintiff and class action cases involving wage and hour / overtime pay claims under both state and federal laws.

Bill regularly makes presentations on a variety of employment law issues, both to individual employers directly and to large groups in seminar settings. He serves as a speaker in the PLI Employment Law Program on topics such as whistleblowing and retaliation lawsuits. Bill regularly publishes articles and presents seminars and training on a variety of employment issues, and he has been contributing author to multiple Illinois editions of The Law Guide.

He serves as the CEO of the boutique future-of-work consultancy Disaster Avoidance Experts, which which helps organizations adopt a hybrid-first culture, instead of incrementally improving on the traditional office-centric culture.

A best-selling author of seven books, Dr. Gleb's expertise comes from his research and teaching background as a cognitive scientist studying the behavioral economics and cognitive neuroscience of future-proofing, strategic decision making and planning, and cognitive bias risk management strategy in business and other contexts.

Gleb earned his PhD in the History of Behavioral Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2011, his M.A. at Harvard University in 2004, and his B.A. at New York University in 2002. He spent over 15 years in academia, including 7 years as a professor at the Ohio State University and before that a Fellow and Lecturer at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. His dozens of peer-reviewed academic publications have appeared in several well-respected scholarly journals. He lives in Columbus, Ohio (Go Bucks!) and in his free time, he makes sure to spend abundant quality time with his wife to avoid his personal life turning into a disaster.
