Danny Cahill



Hobson Associates


Danny Cahill started at Hobson Associates right out of college. He became its Rookie of the Year, top producer and general manager by the age of 26. At 27 he bought the company and built it into one of the country's largest search firms specializing in Software Sales, Bio Tech Sales and Industrial Sales talent. He is the only industry “guru” that runs a search firm every day. He does what you do.

He was the Educational Chairperson of the Pinnacle Society, 75 of the highest achievers in the industry and he still personally mentors many members. He also owns and runs AccordingToDanny.com, an online training and mentoring company dedicated to enhancing the skills and jumpstarting the spirits of recruiters worldwide. His keynote presentations have made him one of the most sought after speakers in the country.

He was elected to the NAPS Hall of Fame in 2006, and also received the Dave Knutson Lifetime Achievement Award. HireAbility overwhelmingly voted him the industry’s most popular speaker. AccordingToDanny.com was awarded “Best-In-Class” for Training Excellence from MRINetwork.

In his other life, as a playwright, he has had works produced off Broadway, and won both the Maxwell Anderson and the CAB Theatre Award for playwrights. He has written for CBS Television, Muscle and Fitness Magazine, as well as numerous magazines. He received his Master’s Degree in Literature from Wesleyan University and believes salespeople enjoy the world's only job security. Danny’s book, “Harper’s Rules”, a business novel/parable, which of course features a headhunter, won the 2011 Axiom Award for Best Business Parable. His screenplay, “Breakpoint” was optioned by Dialogue Pictures, and his new memoir, “Aging Disgracefully” is in bookstores and on Kindle and it just hit Amazon Best Seller status! He is currently #7 in Parenting and Family ranking alongside Aziz Ansari, Jenny Lawson, and David Sedaris!

Greg Doersching

He heads the Sportsman’s Ministry for FRCC and is a member of Safari Club International, North American Hunting Club, Whitetails Unlimited and Ducks Unlimited. He is also active in musical theater where he has had lead roles in Jesus Christ Superstar, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Music Man, Camelot and more. Greg is the father of 2 boys, Griffin (age 21) a Division 1 all-American baseball player for Northern Kentucky University and Greysen (age 13) will be the next middle linebacker for the Green Bay Packers; Greg’s wife Jessi is also a converted hunter and the one who keeps Greg organized and on schedule!

Amy Munroe

Amy Munroe, CSP, is the owner of Staffing eTrainer and an experienced speaker for the staffing industry.  Amy engages with a variety of staffing firms nationwide to help accelerate the time to full productivity for new hires as well as enhance the skills of tenured staff. Richard is called "The Staffing Shark" for a reason, because he never sleeps and is always on the Hunt for the next candidate and client! He is for sure the most energetic guy in the Industry and always brings a Positive Mindset to every situation! Richard was awarded the WORLD STAFFING AWARD Top 100 Staffing Leaders to watch in 2022! He is also the Vice-Chair of the ASA Industrial Section Council. Richard believes in giving and started a program that helps staffing/recruiting firms with creative ways to attract talent with his virtual "Brainstorming with the Shark" 

He also founded Staffing Shark Media, where he co-hosts Live Podcast shows weekly including the nationally known "Recruiters with NO LIMITS LIVE" with Industry Leading Professionals talking about everything Staffing and Recruiting! Victoria Hill has her Masters Degree in Human Resources, Certified Professional in Human Resources, Certified Staffing Professional, and Certified HR Business Partner.  Victoria has 15+ years of experience in the human resources marketplace.  She is skilled in all aspects of employee relations, training & development, payroll, benefit administration, and management.  Victoria is currently working as the Director of Diversity and Social Impact for Advanced Group. Advanced Group offers contingent and permanent staffing solutions, talent acquisition and management, consulting, outsourcing, and professional services.

In 2018 she started and now leads the company’s Diversity & Inclusion (D & I) Committee which focuses on awareness, training, recruitment process, and public relations.  The D & I Committee won its first award in 2019 from the American Staffing Association - ASA Care Honorable Mention.  Victoria also facilitates Conscious Inclusion, Interview Bias, Building Inclusive Relationships and many other D & I trainings for her organization.
