9:00am – 10:30am – Rules or Rhetoric? Managing a Search Firm in the Millennial Age!
Speaker: Danny Cahill
Everyone agrees that Millennials are different! Different Values, different Goals, (they hate managing and you’re still waving carrots!) different communication styles and differing ways of building a career in a “gig” economy…yet in 40 years we have made no meaningful changes in how we run our firms. Can we expect success when our sales process, value prop and daily structure is out of touch with the needs of the people we are trying to hire and manage?
Danny has faced this challenge and made a number of critical (and scary) changes in his own firm. He also mentors some of the world’s top companies and has witnessed and consulted on their adaption to the market realities. Time for a mind share.
If you’re open minded, not done with making changes in your business and life, join us! We’ll have a blast!
