Implement Fast, Govern Smart: How Staffing Firms Build AI That Drives Revenue and Reduces Risk

The staffing industry is in a race to implement AI. Everyone is talking about automation, speed, and efficiency, and those conversations matter. But there is a critical piece missing from nearly every AI discussion happening in this industry right now: governance.

Who owns AI decisions in your firm? What happens when an AI-assisted screening tool produces a biased result? How are you protecting candidate data across the tools your recruiters are already using ,with or without your approval? If you cannot answer those questions today, your AI strategy has a liability hiding inside it.

This hands-on workshop is built specifically for staffing and search firm owners who are ready to move from AI curiosity to AI execution, without creating the legal, ethical, or operational risk that comes from moving too fast without a plan.

Using the P.A.C.E. Framework,  a signature framework developed by Tiffany Ingram as CEO of Luxe Link Business Solutions, participants will pinpoint their top profit leaks, align AI to the recruiting activities that drive real revenue, build a culture of adoption rather than resistance, and execute with both speed and governance built in from the start.

The firms that win at AI are not the ones with the most tools. They are the ones with the clearest strategy,  and the infrastructure to back it up.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
→ Identify AI governance gaps that create legal and operational risk before they become real issues
→ Map 2–3 high-impact AI use cases across sourcing, screening, and client intake
→ Build a 90-Day AI Activation Plan using the P.A.C.E.™ Framework
→ Recognize and address Shadow AI risk across their teams
→ Lead an AI-ready recruiting culture that increases productivity without increasing risk

The Adaptability Gap: Building the Firm That Can Figure It Out, With or Without You In the Room

You have built a firm that works because you have poured yourself into making it work. But the staffing market keeps shifting. Clients are changing how they hire. AI and automation are changing how work gets done. Candidates are harder to read, harder to reach, and harder to retain. And the playbooks that got your team here may not be enough for what comes next.

The gap is not effort. It is adaptability.

In this session, Erin Ramirez will help staffing firm owners and executives take a clear-eyed look at what adaptability actually is, not as a mindset buzzword, but as a practical leadership and business capability you can see, develop, and strengthen in the people around you.

Participants will explore what it looks like when a team is stuck, what changes when leaders build adaptive capacity, and how to begin developing a firm that can make decisions, solve problems, and move forward even when the market shifts.

Through real-world examples, practical reflection, and 2–3 interactive exercises, participants will apply the concepts to their own firms and leave with a sharper lens for identifying adaptability gaps, developing leaders, and building an organization that can figure it out… with or without them in the room.

Build the Machine That Hits the Number

In staffing and recruiting, "hitting the number" matters. The firms positioned for sustainable growth are the ones building the capacity to keep doing it as the business and market change.

This interactive workshop will help you look at what your firm relies on to hit the number, and consider how to build stronger capacity, more consistent performance, and a culture that supports sustainable growth. You will leave with a different lens on what may be limiting your firm, and practical next steps to strengthen what drives results.
