      Professional credentialing is a statement to the business community, and to your clients specifically, of your commitment to staffing and recruiting excellence. Buyers of our profession’s services want consultants, consultants who can lead them through the complexities of staffing, search and retention for their organization’s continuing success. Credentialing demonstrates your individual and organizational commitment to excellence to your clients, yourself and your organization.

      Trainer Bio:  The NAPS Certification Immersion Class (CIC) will take participants through the "Critical Knowledge Points" contained in the CPC and CTS training manuals. While not a substitute for independent study in advance of the CIC, the class serves as a great summary or prep experience.
       
      Beginning at 8:30am on August 8, 2013, Dr. Frank Burtnett will present the key legal points contained in the NAPS certification manuals and conduct an ongoing Q&A related to the content. Frank is the NAPS Certification and Education Consultant and the author of the CPC and CTS certification examinations.
       
      The class will cover the entire morning and as far into the afternoon as required. After a lunch break, CIC participants will sit for a paper/pencil version of the respective certification exams. The exams will be scored that evening and results made known via email the morning of the following day.
